On 17 October 2017, we published our amended Ring-fencing Guideline for electricity distribution. We also published an explanatory statement to assist in understanding the amended Guideline and to explain why we have reached the positions set out in the amended Guideline. The Ring-fencing Guideline Version 2 (October 2017) replaces all previous versions of the Guideline. A track changes version, showing all amendments, is also provided.
