The RoLR registration and appointment issues paper sets out the AER’s proposed approach for registering and appointing retailers as either default RoLRs or additional RoLRs. The RoLR plan issues paper considers the AER’s development of RoLR event communication processes to be followed by the appointed RoLRs, the failed retailer, customers, the AER, AEMO, distributors and government.
