On 12 June 2024, the AER released its draft decision on the amendment to the Day Ahead Auction (DAA) Record Keeping Guideline. The AER has published a draft decision document that outlines the proposed amendments to the DAA Record Keeping Guideline alongside an annotated and clean version of the proposed DAA Record Keeping Guideline Version 2.

These amendments are proposed to improve the quality of information received and aid facility operator and transportation facility user compliance with the NGR and NGL.

Interested parties were invited to make a submission on a Draft Decision on the amendment to the Day Ahead Auction (DAA) Record Keeping Guideline by close of business 5 July 2024.
