On the 18 June 2018, the AER released for consultation draft amendments to the current Compliance Procedures and Guidelines (the Guidelines). Accompanying the draft Guideline is the Notice of Draft Instrument; both documents seek to explain the AER's views on the changes proposed to the Guidelines.

Interested parties were invited to make written submissions on the Draft Guidelines. Submissions closed 17 July 2018.
