On 14 October 2013 the AER approved the Applicant’s exemption from the requirement to register as a network service provider and the operation of Chapter 5 of the NER. The exemption was granted under clause 2.5.1 of the NER in accordance with the AER’s Electricity NSP Registration Exemption Guideline, and is subject to a number of conditions.
Applicable conditions for exemption
Cancellation of registration
On 7 May 2020, the AER received notice of the cancellation of exemption on the grounds that the registrant no longer owns or operates, or sells electricity at the site.
