The Applicant’s exemption from the requirement to register as a network service provider and the operation of Chapter 5 of the NER came into effect on 29 June 2015. The exemption was granted under clause 2.5.1 of the NER in accordance with the AER’s Electricity NSP Registration Exemption Guideline (Network Exemption Guideline), and is subject to a number of conditions.

From 22 June 2017, exemptions for this site were registered to Perpetual Trustee Company Limited / ABN 42 000 001 007 and Investec Propco Pty Limited / ABN 15 161 587 186.
