On 21 September 2015 the AER approved the Applicant’s exemption from the requirement to register as a network service provider and the operation of Chapter 5 of the NER. The exemption was granted under clause 2.5.1 of the NER in accordance with the AER’s Electricity NSP Registration Exemption Guideline, and is subject to a number of conditions.

On 12 July 2016, the AER was advised that receivers were appointed for this organisation.
From 14 September 2020 exemption for this site was registered by Mintus Pty Ltd, The Trustee for The Deception Bay Investment Trust / ABN 40 137 242 862
