The Registrant’s exemption from the requirement to register as a network service provider and the operation of Chapter 5 of the NER has now come into effect. The exemption was granted under clause 2.5.1 of the NER in accordance with the AER’s Electricity NSP Registration Exemption Guideline (Network Exemption Guideline), and is subject to a number of conditions.

Exemption class applicable conditions
Prior to 20 December 2018 this registration was held by Stockland Property Management Pty Ltd / ABN 71 000 064 835 .
The Energy Bay Oscar Fund Pty Ltd / ACN 668 751 531 as trustee for the Energy Bay Oscar Fund / ABN 86 236 720 454 registered as an additional registrant to this exemption. This exemption as it applies to Energy Bay Oscar Fund Pty Ltd takes effect from 27 November 2023.
