The Applicant’s exemption from the requirement to register as a network service provider and the operation of Chapter 5 of the NER has now come into effect. The exemption was granted under clause 2.5.1 of the NER in accordance with the AER’s Electricity NSP Registration Exemption Guideline (Network Exemption Guideline), and is subject to a number of conditions.

Before 5 September 2017, exemptions for this site were registered to ACYH Unit Trust & P42 Trust / ABN 65 664 868 054.
From 15 October 2020 registrations for this site were held by Energy Trade Pty Ltd / ABN 79 165 688 568.
