On 30 June 2015 the AER approved the Applicant’s exemption from the requirement to register as a network service provider and the operation of Chapter 5 of the NER. The exemption was granted under clause 2.5.1 of the NER in accordance with the AER’s Electricity NSP Registration Exemption Guideline, and is subject to a number of conditions.
Applicable conditions for exemption
After 1 July 2016, this exemption is registered by The Trustee for 300 Queen Sub-Trust / ABN 57 503 139 940.
Before 29 October 2012, this exemption was registered by The trustee for The Seymour Investment Trust / ABN 23 424 207 890
