The Applicant’s exemption from the requirement to register as a network service provider and the operation of Chapter 5 of the NER has now come into effect. The exemption was granted under clause 2.5.1 of the NER in accordance with the AER’s Electricity NSP Registration Exemption Guideline (Network Exemption Guideline), and is subject to a number of conditions.

Exemption class applicable conditions
SCENTRE SHOPPING CENTRE MANAGEMENT PTY LTD / ABN 55 000 712 710, RE1 Limited / ABN 80 145 743 862, and DWPL NOMINEES PTY LTD / ABN 35 138 583 276 registered as an additional registrant to this exemption. This exemption as it applies to SCENTRE SHOPPING CENTRE MANAGEMENT PTY LTD, RE1 Limited and DWPL NOMINEES PTY LTD takes effect from 09 October 2024.
