The Applicant’s exemption from the requirement to register as a network service provider and the operation of Chapter 5 of the NER has now come into effect. The exemption was granted under clause 2.5.1 of the NER in accordance with the AER’s Electricity NSP Registration Exemption Guideline (Network Exemption Guideline), and is subject to a number of conditions.

Exemption class applicable conditions
PARLIV PTY LIMITED / ABN 50 056 002 558 and SCENTRE SHOPPING CENTRE MANAGEMENT PTY LTD / ABN 55 000 712 710 registered as an additional registrant to this exemption. This exemption as it applies to PARLIV PTY LIMITED and CENTRE SHOPPING CENTRE MANAGEMENT PTY LTD takes effect from 09 October 2024.
