On 2 December 2014 the AER approved the Applicant’s exemption from the requirement to register as a network service provider and the operation of Chapter 5 of the NER. The exemption was granted under clause 2.5.1 of the NER in accordance with the AER’s Electricity NSP Registration Exemption Guideline, and is subject to a number of conditions.

SUPA ENERGY PTY LIMITED / ABN 55 657 976 086 registered as an additional registrant to this exemption. This exemption as it applies to SUPA ENERGY PTY LIMITED takes effect from 12 March 2025.
