On 1 June 2016 the AER approved the Applicant’s exemption from the requirement to register as a network service provider and the operation of Chapter 5 of the NER. The exemption was granted under clause 2.5.1 of the NER in accordance with the AER’s Electricity NSP Registration Exemption Guideline, and is subject to a number of conditions.
Applicable conditions for exemption
From 19 February 2021 registrations for this site were held by The Trustee for Aventus Marsden Park Unit Trust / ABN 76 770 096 229.
