The Registrant’s exemption from the requirement to register as a network service provider and the operation of Chapter 5 of the NER is no longer in effect. The exemption was granted under clause 2.5.1 of the NER in accordance with the AER’s Electricity NSP Registration Exemption Guideline (Network Exemption Guideline) and is subject to a number of conditions.

Before 17 December 2021 an exemption for this site was held by Meriton Property Services Pty Ltd / ACN 115 511 281.
From 1 July 2024, exemptions for this site were registered by MERITON ENERGY PTY LTD / ABN 42 661 938 030.
