On 5 October 2020, ISPT Pty Ltd in its capacity as Trustee of ISPT Waurn Ponds Trust was issued with a Notice of Acceptance confirming that the recipient:

• has satisfactorily addressed the requirements of section 4.9.7 of the Network Exemption Guideline; and
• is eligible to register the relevant network exemption(s)

in respect to owning, controlling and operating an embedded network at Waurn Ponds Shopping Centre, Cnr Colac & Pioneer Road, Waurn Ponds, Victoria.
