On 6 March 2018, Invest LPG Pty. Ltd. & Rennie De Maria Investments Pty Ltd was issued with a Notice of Acceptance confirming that the recipient:
- has satisfactorily addressed the requirements of section 4.9.7 of the Network Exemption Guideline; and
- is eligible to register the relevant network exemption(s)
in respect to owning, controlling and operating an embedded network at The Hive Shopping Centre.
