On 3 October 2013 the AER approved the Applicant’s exemption from the requirement to register as a network service provider and the operation of Chapter 5 of the NER. The exemption was granted under clause 2.5.1 of the NER in accordance with the AER’s Electricity NSP Registration Exemption Guideline, and is subject to a number of conditions.

CLEANPEAK ENERGY RETAIL PTY LTD / ABN 18 623 916 138 registered as an additional registrant to this exemption. This exemption as it applies to CLEANPEAK ENERGY RETAIL PTY LTD takes effect from 9 July 2024.
