The Registrant’s exemption from the requirement to register as a network service provider and the operation of Chapter 5 of the NER his no longer in effect. The exemption was granted under clause 2.5.1 of the NER in accordance with the AER’s Electricity NSP Registration Exemption Guideline (Network Exemption Guideline), and is subject to a number of conditions.

Cancellation of registration
On 2 September 2021 the AER received notice of the cancellation of exemption on the grounds the registrant will no longer own or operate, or sell electricity at the site from 5 October 2021.
From 19 October 2021, exemptions for this site were held by Kalaru Holiday Park Pty Ltd / ABN 49 652 126 504
