The Applicant’s exemption from the requirement to register as a network service provider and the operation of Chapter 5 of the NER is no longer in effect. The exemption was granted under clause 2.5.1 of the NER in accordance with the AER’s Electricity NSP Registration Exemption Guideline (Network Exemption Guideline), and is subject to a number of conditions.

From 1 March 2017 to 1 April 2017 Scentre Shopping Centre Management (VIC) Pty Ltd / ABN 13 007 280 908 was registered as an additional applicant to this exemption in conjunction with the primary applicant, Casey Shopping Centre Pty Ltd / ACN 615 763 034.
From 21 December 2021 exemptions for this site were registered by JY Haben No.2 Pty Ltd ATF JY Haben No.2 Trust ABN / 22 322 798 558.
