The ACCC issued a revenue cap decision for Snowy Mountains Hydro Electric Authority (SMHEA) in February 2001. However, with the sale of the SMHEA transmission assets to TransGrid in 2002, this decision was revoked, and the revenue allowed for SMHEA merged with TransGrid's regulated revenues.
