Draft decision

On 18 July 2001, the ACCC released its draft decision on the appropriate revenue cap to apply to the Queensland electricity transmission network, operated by Powerlink, for a five and a half year period commencing on 1 January 2002. The ACCC's draft decision draws on Powerlink's application, consultancy reports on the asset base, capital and operating expenditure and service standards, submissions from interested parties and other information presented to the ACCC during the course of its deliberations.
