Correspondence between Jemena and AER on timetable for consultation

Jemena sent the AER a letter dated 11 November 2015 raising concerns that the AER's consultation process does not provide stakeholders with a fair opportunity to properly understand the AER's decision and analysis, and to respond to it. This letter and the AER's response is attached.

Also attached is a letter previously sent by the AER to Jemena regarding a late, unsolicited submission from Jemena, which the AER did not consider in the preliminary decision or publish on its website.
