On 30 November 2012, the AER released its draft decision on ElectraNet’s revenue proposal.

The following documents provided by ElectraNet are published to facilitate stakeholder engagement. The ENET references are ElectraNet’s unique identifiers which correspond with references in the footnotes in the draft decision.

Submissions in response to the draft decision and the consultants' reports close 5pm AEDST 19 February 2013 and should be sent electronically to electranet [dot] 2013aer [dot] gov [dot] au (electranet[dot]2013[at]aer[dot]gov[dot]au) or by post attention:

The AER prefers that all submissions be sent in an electronic format in Microsoft Word or other text readable document form and be publicly available to facilitate an informed and transparent consultative process. Submissions will be treated as public documents and posted on the AER website, except and unless prior arrangements are made with the AER to treat the submission, or portions of it, as confidential. Parties wishing to submit confidential information are requested to:

• clearly identify the information that is the subject of the confidentiality claim;
• clearly identify the detriment that will occur if the information is disclosed; and
• provide a non-confidential version of the submission.
   

The AER held a pre-determination conference on 12 December 2012.  The purpose of the pre-determination conference was for the AER to explain the draft decision and to receive oral submissions from interested parties.
