Submissions

We invited interested parties to respond to AusNet Services' revised proposal by providing us with written submissions by 19 October 2016. We also invited interested parties to respond to AusNet Services' revised proposal by providing us with written submissions by 19 October 2016.

Late submissions

Submissions on AusNet Services revised proposal closed on 19 October 2016. On 24 October 2016 the AER received a submission from Energy Safe Victoria (ESV) regarding the assessment of safety risks on AusNet Services' network.

On 20 December 2016 the AER received a submission from AusNet Services setting out additional information in regard to its revised proposal. On 25 January 2017 AusNet Services submitted updated models and data to accompany its submission made on 20 December 2016.

The AER may, but need not, consider a submission it receives after the consultation period has ended.
