On 26 February 2019, the AER approved a gas retailer authorisation application from Sumo Gas Pty Ltd (Sumo Gas) under the National Energy Retail Law (Retail Law). Sumo Gas is now authorised to retail gas as and when the Retail Law is adopted in each participating jurisdiction.
