On 17 August 2021, the AER approved an electricity retailer authorisation application from Powow Power Pty Ltd (Powow Power) under the National Energy Retail Law (Retail Law). Powow Power is now authorised to retail electricity as and when the Retail Law is adopted in each participating jurisdiction.
