On 9 June 2017, the AER approved an electricity retailer authorisation application from Positive Energy TM Pty Ltd (Positive) under the National Energy Retail Law. Positive is now authorised to retail electricity as and when the National Energy Retail Law is adopted in each participating jurisdiction.
