On 12 January 2022, the AER approved an electricity retailer authorisation application from EPC Technologies Pty Ltd (EPCT) under the National Energy Retail Law (Retail Law). EPCT is now authorised to retail electricity as and when the Retail Law is adopted in each participating jurisdiction.
