On 5 December 2023 the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) accepted an application from Flo Energy Australia Pty Ltd (Flo Energy Australia) for an electricity retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law (Retail Law).

Invitation for submissions on the application closed on 15 January 2024. No submissions were received.
