On 9 February 2024, the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) accepted an application from Flipped Energy Australia Pty Ltd (FEA) for an electricity retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law (Retail Law).

Invitation for submissions on the application closed on 15 March 2024. No submissions were received.
