On 30 November 2021, the AER approved an electricity retailer authorisation application from Enel Energy Australia Pty Ltd (EEA) under the National Energy Retail Law (Retail Law). EEA is now authorised to retail electricity as and when the Retail Law is adopted in each participating jurisdiction.
