On 14 February 2014 the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) approved an application from CovaU Pty Ltd (‘CovaU') for a gas retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law. CovaU is authorised to retail gas as the National Energy Retail Law is adopted in each participating jurisdiction.
The AER sought public submissions on CovaU's application for a retailer authorisation. Consultation on the application closed on 24 January 2014. No submissions were recieved.
