On 12 August 2019, the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) approved an electricity retailer authorisation application from Bright Spark Power Pty Ltd (Bright Spark Power) under the National Energy Retail Law (Retail Law).
Surrender of authorisation
On 2 August 2022, the AER approved an application from Bright Spark Power to surrender its electricity retailer authorisation.
The surrender will take effect on 16 November 2022.
