On 9 April 2025, the Australian Energy Regulator published an application from Banpu Energy Australia Pty Limited (Banpu Energy Australia) for an electricity retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law (Retail Law).
We are now seeking submissions from interested stakeholders on Banpu Energy Australia’s application by Monday 12 May 2025.
