On the 11 November 1999 Envestra submitted its access arrangement proposal for its gas transmission pipeline from Angaston to Berri (‘the Riverland Pipeline’).
Coverage for the Riverland Pipeline was revoked prior to the conclusion of the ACCC's assessment. Revocation took effect on 30 September 2001.
