Following a competitive tender process carried out prior to the commencement of the code, the service provider lodged a proposed access arrangement with the ACCC for assessment in 1999.
Prior to the completion of the assessment process, coverage of the Mildura Pipeline was revoked (effective 30 September 2001). As a result the Mildura Pipeline is not regulated.
