On 14 April 2009, the AER released its draft decision on the access arrangement variation proposal submitted by APA GasNet Australia Pty Ltd (GasNet) on 18 December 2008 in relation to its access arrangement covering the GasNet system in Victoria.

As set out in the draft decision, the AER proposed to not accept GasNet’s variation proposal.

The AER sought submissions from interested parties by 4 June 2009.
