On 26 June 2020, the AER received an access arrangement proposal from Evoenergy for its ACT, and surrounding areas, gas distribution network for the period 1 July 2021 to 30 June 2026. Under the National Gas Law and the National Gas Rules, the AER has the function of reviewing and approving the terms of the proposal. Interested stakeholders are encouraged to consider the indicative dates for key milestones.

Evoenergy is required to submit to the AER for approval a reference service proposal 12 months prior to submission of its access arrangement for the period 1 July 2021 to 30 June 2026 (due by 1 July 2020). We received Evoenergy's reference service proposal on 28 June 2019.

No stakeholder submissions were received on Evoenergy's reference service proposal.

On 25 November 2019, the AER approved the reference service proposal submitted by Evoenergy. Details are set out in the AER final decision paper.

On 14 April 2020, we received advice from our Consumer Challenge Panel (CCP24) on Evoenergy's draft plan in respect of its 2021-26 gas access arrangement proposal (due by 1 July 2020).
