On 20 September 2006 the ACCC released its draft decision on the revised access arrangement proposed by Epic Energy relating to its SWQP. Due to legistlative exemptions in th Queensland Gas Pipelines Access Law, the review only pertained to revisions of non-tariff elements relating to AFT services rather than the reference tariff on the full forward haul service.
