On 23 April 2010, the AER released its decision to approve the access arrangement drafted by the AER for Country Energy’s gas distribution network. The decision makes revisions to the access arrangement proposal and access arrangement information drafted by the AER and released with its final decision on Country Energy's access arrangement proposal. These revisions correct errors and omissions in the documents.

The revisions are incorporated into the access arrangement (including the terms and conditions and access arrangement information) drafted by the AER and published with the decision on the access arrangement.

On 10 September 2010 the AER approved a variation to the access arrangement for Country Energy's Wagga Wagga gas distribution network.

The variation to the access arrangement corrects for errors identified in the opening taxation asset base. As a result of the correction to the taxation asset base, tariffs will on average increase by 3.16 per cent in year 2 of the access arrangement period. This contrasts to the previously approved increase in tariffs for year 2 of 2.5 per cent.
