Central Ranges Pty Limited’s distribution pipeline access arrangement was approved by IPART under the gas code. The access arrangement commenced when the Central Ranges distribution pipeline was capable of providing a reference service to at least one customer.

Under the National Gas Rules (NGR) a scheme service provider is required to place its access arrangement on its website (rule 107). This distribution access arrangement can also be found on the IPART website.
