On 15 July 2020, the AER received an access arrangement proposal from APT Pipelines (NT) for its Amadeus transmission gas pipeline for the period 1 July 2021 to 30 June 2026. Under the NationalGas Law and the National Gas Rules, the AER has the function of reviewing and approving the terms of the proposal. Interested stakeholders are encouraged to consider the indicative dates for key milestones.

APT Pipelines (NT) (APTNT) is required to submit to the AER for approval a reference service proposal 12 months prior to submission of its access arrangement for the period 1 July 2021 to 30 June 2026. APTNT requested a 1 month extension to submit its reference service proposal on 1 August 2019.

 The AER received APTNT's reference service proposal on 31 July 2019.

Interested parties were invited to make a submission on APTNT's reference service proposal by close of business on 6 September 2019. No submissions were received.

We received the following late submissions.

On 25 November 2019 the AER made its final decision on APTNT’s reference service proposal. Our final decision is to establish firm transportation and interruptible transportation as reference services. Details are set out in the AER final decision paper.
