The AER released its draft decision on the access arrangement submitted by NT Gas.  The AER's draft decision required NT Gas to revise its access arrangement proposal for the Amadeus Gas Pipeline. NT Gas had until 27 May 2011 to submit its revised proposal.

Stop the clock

The AER has decided under rule 11 of the NGR that the period of 64 days for submissions on the draft decision is not counted towards the decision making time for the full access arrangement final decision. This also includes an overlapping period of 35 days for NT Gas to submit a revised proposal.

The AER sought submissions from interested parties on its draft decision and any revised proposal submitted by NT Gas. Submissions closed on 24 June 2011.
