On 15 March 2017, ActewAGL Distribution (ActewAGL) submitted to the AER an annual tariff variation notice for the ACT, Queanbeyan and Palerang gas distribution network. The tariff variation notice sought to increase 2017-18 network charges for ActewAGL's users from 1 July 2017.
On 27 April 2017, ActewAGL submitted a revised annual tariff variation notice to correct for some minor errors.
On 28 April 2017, the AER approved the ActewAGL revised annual tariff variation proposal for the period 1 July 2017 to 30 June 2018. This was after assessing the revised tariff variation proposal as compliant with the ActewAGL 2016-21 access arrangement.
