On 15 March 2024, Evoenergy submitted a tariff variation notice for its Australian Capital Territory, Queanbeyan and Palerang gas distribution network for the period 1 July 2024 to 30 June 2025.

We will assess Evoenergy's tariff variation notice for compliance with our final decision on the 2021–26 access arrangement. Evoenergy provided other documentation to support its proposal and will be used in our compliance assessment.
