On 27 October 2014, Australian Gas Networks (formerly known as Envestra) submitted its 2015 annual tariff variation proposal for Victoria to the AER for assessment. On 31 July 2014 Envestra (Victoria) submitted an application for mains replacement cost pass through to the AER. This is currently under consideration by the AER. Australian Gas Networks is seeking to recover any approved pass through amount in its tariffs for 2015. Australian Gas Networks has submitted two tariff schedules to the AER, one based on the current Access Arrangement without the pass through and the other with its proposed mains replacement pass through. We will approve and publish the tariff for 2015 if satisfied that the proposed reference tariff variations comply with rule requirements and Australian Gas Networks' Access Arrangement.
