On 30 October 2017, SAPN lodged a late waiver application in relation to 20 existing construction and maintenance contracts for which SAPN expects to receive a Private Binding Ruling from the Australian Taxation Office.

On 6 November 2017, we issued a draft decision proposing to grant SA Power Networks' late waiver application. Submissions to the draft decision closed on 20 November 2017. No submissions were received.
