On 11 April 2024 Power & Water Corporation submitted a ring-fencing waiver application under clause 5.2 of the Electricity Distribution Ring-fencing Guideline. The application was to re-make an existing waiver granted in May 2022 that lifts the obligation for Power & Water Corporation to publish registers under clause 4.2.4 of the Guideline.
