On 17 January 2014, the AER received an application from Ergon Energy to waive obligations under section 1(b) of the (Queensland) Electricity Distribution Ring-Fencing Guidelines administered by the AER under the National Electricity Rules.

The AER invited written submissions on Ergon Energy’s waiver application by close of business on Friday, 14 February 2014. No submissions were received.
